Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to “A eu news brexit Drug-Free World” Austria are expanding outreach in Vienna, engaging youth, families and educators via public information points and event-based activities. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide clear information on commonly abused substances, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. Details were published in a published overview.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities focus on early prevention, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the European institutions and the United Nations, noted: “Reliable, early information helps young people make free and responsible choices—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
